Choose your preferred days. Many parents and students do mornings only (7–11am) or evenings only (6–10pm). Pro-rata holiday and pension.
9am–3pm, Monday–Friday, 39 weeks a year. Built around the school run. Perfect for parents returning to work.
Evening visits (6–10pm) and alternate weekends. Good for those combining care work with study, family, or another part-time role.

No. Most of our carers started with no care experience. We provide full paid training (Care Certificate) in your first week. What matters most is kindness, reliability and a willingness to learn.
You don't need a driving licence to be a Hayat carer — many of our clients are on public transport routes, and we cluster visits geographically so you can walk or take public transport between them.
Hourly rates are well above the National Living Wage, reviewed every 6 months. Travel time between visits is paid, mileage is reimbursed at HMRC rates, and you get 28 days paid holiday (pro-rata) plus a workplace pension. We'll share the exact rate band for your role at interview.
Yes — many of our carers work 9am–3pm, term-time only, and the rota is built around the school run. We design schedules around your life, not the other way round.
Your first week covers the Care Certificate (mandatory UK training): safeguarding, manual handling, medication, first aid, dementia awareness, and equality & diversity. We then fund Level 2 and Level 3 Diplomas in Health & Social Care, plus specialist modules (end-of-life, Parkinson's). All training is paid.
No. All Hayat carers are employed directly with guaranteed hours contracts (full or part-time). You'll always know your rota at least 2 weeks in advance, and you'll have consistent client visits — not random one-offs.
